Job Description
The Clinical Product Manager role involves gathering and analyzing market, clinical, and technological intelligence to inform strategic decisions, collaborating cross ‑ functionally to translate clinical insights into functional specifications and a consistent user experience, and contributing to end ‑ to ‑ end value propositions. The position also includes developing clinical endorsement strategies, resolving routine problems through data analysis, and interpreting routine clinical imaging data to support treatment planning.
Your Role:
- Monitor clinical and technology market trends, gathering competitive intelligence and supporting research and feasibility projects to ensure products align with emerging clinical needs and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Drive clinical input for new product introductions (NPI) by helping define and prioritize product features, while contributing to deliverables such as pricing materials, feature descriptions, and training content.
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for regional sales and marketing teams, providing product knowledge, educational tools, and localized marketing assets to improve strategy execution and sales effectiveness.
- Support product development by translating customer and clinical needs into functional specifications, helping ensure consistent user experiences, relevant value propositions, and alignment with clinical roadmaps.
- Analyze clinical imaging data and market insights to develop evidence-based materials such as case studies and presentations, while collaborating across internal teams to solve problems and support business objectives.
You're the right fit if:
- A Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with experience with cardiac sonographer experience pediatric preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $109,000 to $174,000.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
