Job Summary:
Samra Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Pediatrician to join our thriving, family-centered practice, serving communities in Old Bridge and Holmdel, New Jersey. We are committed to providing exceptional, personalized care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with a passion for pediatrics and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Valid New Jersey state medical license, DEA registration, and a CDS certificate.
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time Role with flexible weekday hours
- Must be willing to work some weekends

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Deliver expert pediatric care across a wide range of ages and medical conditions—newborns through young adulthood.
- Preventive Medicine & Wellness: Provide guidance on child development, nutrition, safety, immunizations, and lifestyle habits to promote lifelong wellness.
- Examinations & Screenings: Conduct physical exams, developmental screenings, and monitor growth milestones with attention to detail.
- Immunizations: Administer and track vaccines in accordance with the latest immunization schedules and public health guidelines.
- Diagnostics & Treatment: Order appropriate diagnostic tests, interpret results, and create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Family Communication & Support: Foster open, empathetic communication with families. Offer reassurance, education, and collaborative care planning.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring thoroughness and legal compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow providers, specialists, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Continued Learning: Stay informed of current pediatric research, trends, and clinical guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ethics & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and medical ethics at all times.
